Now Introducing Wellness Unlocked!

Wellness Unlocked is a NEW quarterly publication for patients, friends and partners of Advance Community Health. Read to stay up-to-date on the latest health tips, events, inspiring patient stories, and current happenings at Advance!

Check out the highlights of our Spring 2025 issue below:

  • For many families, finding the right care for children with autism or ADHD can be a long and frustrating journey. This is especially true for caregivers, like Patricia Johnson. Johnson knows this struggle firsthand as she has fought to get her grandsons, Graceson (10) and Aiden (8), the support they need. After searching for a doctor who understood their unique challenges, she finally found a provider her grandchildren could connect with—Dr. Patera Foye-Fuller, DNP, Director of Pediatrics.

  • For many new mothers, finding the right prenatal care can be overwhelming. For Cherita Choice, a longtime patient at Advance Community Health, her journey took a new turn as she joined the new Centering Pregnancy Program.

  • Grief is a universal experience, yet no two people navigate it the same way. Whether from the loss of a loved one, a life transition, or an unexpected change, grief can be overwhelming. Victoria Johnson, LCSW, CD (DONA), CLC, a Women’s Health Behavioral Health Provider at Advance Community Health, shares insights on the grieving process and the importance of seeking support.
