Power Hour

Advance Community Health invites all patients to join us for our “Power Hour” patient education series! Power Hour sessions are designed to educate patients on a variety of health care topics, and provide an opportunity for patients to learn from and connect with their medical team and other patients! Sessions occur on the 3rd Thursday of every month from 6:30PM – 7:30PM at our Southeast Raleigh site located at 1011 Rock Quarry Rd. Raleigh, NC 27610
