1. Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., cart reminders, sale alerts) from Advance Community Health at the cell number used when signing up. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
2. Message Frequency & Cost

3. How to Opt-Out
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message we send. You will receive one final text confirming your unsubscribed status. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.
