Advance Community Health warmly invites you to our Annual Impact Night on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at the Angus Barn Pavilion in Raleigh. This year, we gather under the theme “Advancing the Future of Health Together” to celebrate our collective impact across Wake and Franklin counties.
The evening will feature a delicious dinner and inspiring stories highlighting our work to build a healthier, more equitable future. Your presence and support are vital as we continue our mission of advancing health for every member of our community.
Serving the Wake and Franklin communities since 1972, Advance Community Health has remained a cornerstone of quality, compassionate healthcare, providing care to more than 22,000 patients each year. Our patient-centered, value-based health centers offer a wide range of services, including primary care, pediatrics, dental care, nutrition education, behavioral health support, 340B Pharmacy, mobile health services, women’s health, OBGYN care, and much more. We are committed to meeting families where they are, ensuring access to affordable, high-quality healthcare for all!
Proceeds from this special evening will support healthful services such as primary care, women’s health services, pediatric, OB/GYN, pharmacy, and so much more. Your generosity will enable Advance Community Heath to provide quality healthcare services across Wake and Franklin Counties.
