Advance Community Health warmly invites you to join us for our Annual Impact Night on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at the beautiful Angus Barn Pavilion in Raleigh, NC, as we celebrate our efforts to Build Better Health. This exciting evening will shine a spotlight on the meaningful work our organization is doing to make a difference in our communities. Enjoy a delicious dinner and hear inspiring stories of impact from across Wake and Franklin Counties. Your presence will help us raise awareness and support the ongoing work of advancing health for our community.

Serving the Wake and Franklin communities since 1972, Advance Community Health has remained a cornerstone of quality, compassionate healthcare, providing care to more than 22,000 patients each year. Our patient-centered, value-based health centers offer a wide range of services, including primary care, pediatrics, dental care, nutrition education, behavioral health support, 340B Pharmacy, mobile health services, women’s health, OBGYN care, and much more. We are committed to meeting families where they are, ensuring access to affordable, high-quality healthcare for all!

Proceeds from this special evening will support healthful services such as primary care, women’s health services, pediatric, OB/GYN, pharmacy, and so much more. Your generosity will enable Advance Community Heath to provide quality healthcare services across Wake and Franklin Counties.
