Advance Community Health is launching a campus growth planning process to guide how our Southeast Raleigh medical campus grows and evolves over time. This plan will help ensure our clinics, services, and spaces continue to meet today’s health needs while preparing for the future of the communities we serve in Wake and Franklin counties.

What is a GROWth plan?
A growth plan is a long-term plan. It helps decide what to fix, change, or build in the future. For Advance, the growth plan will
- Look at health needs in the community
- Review current clinics and buildings at the Rock Quarry location
- Explore ways to add or improve services
- Plan spaces that work for patients and staff
The plan will be shaped by what the community shares.

Advance is partnering with LS3P, an architecture and planning firm, to support this process. LS3P brings technical and planning expertise to help evaluate facilities, organize ideas, and translate community priorities into a clear, long-term plan.
While the consultant brings technical expertise, community voices and Advance leadership will guide the vision and final decisions.
