Advance Community Health invites you to join us for our “Power Hour” education series! Power Hour sessions are designed to educate the community on a variety of health care topics, and provide an opportunity to learn from and connect with a medical team! Sessions occur every other month on the 3rd Thursday from 6:00PM – 7:00PM at our Franklin County CarePlex site located at 205 Sandalwood Ave, Louisburg, NC 27549.
